What the corporate sector extends as their Corporate Social Responsibility, is a boon to the students, who get this special assistance and value add to their research and knowledge acquisition and a greater relevance to their purpose of study. Corporates have extended their endowment to VMU not only through learning and research inputs, but also in assisting in the updation of equipment and infrastructure that facilitates learning. VMU in turn has been instrumental in the upskilling of the manpower segment of industries and corporates, enabling the work force to enhance their qualification and skills’ proficiency. This mutual exchange has been VMU’s forte in making its wards very employable and building goodwill in the corporate sector.
VMU believes in collaborative projects and hence has established tie-ups with industries and research organizations through Memorandums of Understanding (M o U). A Memorandum of Understanding (M o U) was entered into on 4th October, 2010, between Vinayaka Missions University (VMU) represented by the Honourable Vice-Chairman Dr. A. S.
