IT Services and Support

 Providing seamless communication services to all the students, faculty and the administration is the objective of this center. IT infrastructure includes all the computing and print devices connected on the extended local area campus network, network switches and hubs, network backend servers, routers, internet services, all operating system software running on the personal computers and servers, all enterprise wide applications, all client applications, all application software development initiatives, student databases, academic databases, mail servers, file servers, IT security and IT training. These IT related services are to ensure that the stakeholders, students, faculty and administration are in tune with the latest developments in their respective areas of expertise and that they will be in a position to keep abreast of the skills and knowledge required for staying competitive. The Centre for IT Services and Support ensures user training, the optimum utilization of software and services, dissemination of information, integration of services, the ongoing integrity of data, up-skilling, the re-skilling of IT personnel and other related activities.
