The Center for Employability Initiatives (CEI) is a centralized service of the university. This center focuses on some of the issues concerning the students preparedness to take up a job and performs a reality check on how good they are in delivering value to their employers. Analyzing the gap between what is required by the industry and what is being offered in the curriculum is a major task that the center undertakes and it also keeps the stakeholders informed. Organizing professional development workshops on an ongoing basis is an essential activity of the center. Offering soft skills training, mock interview sessions, mock group discussion (GD) sessions, presentation skills development, CV (resume) preparation sessions, orientation on employment opportunities, skill mapping test and other employability initiatives are some of the important activities conducted by the CEI.
