Social Responsibilities

Social responsibility starts from socially responsible education, and sensitizing the students, faculty and administration on this is the major objective of this center. The Center For Social Responsibilities takes steps towards integrating social responsibility principles and concepts into the curriculum and works as the catalyst for activities that encourage students to exhibit socially responsible behaviour. Some of the initiatives that the center undertakes are: the promotion of mutual respect, appreciation of all faiths and beliefs, upholding dignity and honor of individuals, equality, non-discrimination on any account, promotion of national pride, inculcating the importance of dignified behaviour in public, responsible driving behaviour, sensitizing public cleanliness, wellness, supporting and participating in green programs, water conservation and cleanliness, adopting energy efficient methods in operations, implementing water conservation programs, water re-cycling projects, tree-planting projects and other related projects.
